About the game

An "AI Director" changes where enemies and supplies appear, so each run feels different.

Special infected like the Hunter and the Tank punish players who split up.

History

Developed by Turtle Rock Studios and published by Valve in 2008.

Left 4 Dead 2 followed a year later.
