Trine

Frozenbyte's 2009 fairy-tale platformer, where three heroes share one body and physics solves the puzzles.

A wizard, a thief and a knight touch a magic artifact called the Trine and become bound together. To set themselves free, they must travel through a kingdom overrun by the undead.

Sold on GOG as the updated Enchanted Edition.

About the game

Switch between heroes at any time: the wizard conjures boxes, the thief swings on her grappling hook and the knight fights.

Puzzles often have more than one solution.

History

Developed by Finnish studio Frozenbyte and released in 2009.

The Enchanted Edition, sold on GOG, is an updated 2014 version with online co-op.
