Space Quest II: Vohaul's Revenge

The 1987 return of Roger Wilco, galactic hero and still a janitor, in a bigger and sillier space adventure.

Roger's reward for saving Xenon is another mop. Then the evil Sludge Vohaul kidnaps him, with a plan to flood Xenon with genetically engineered life insurance salesmen. Escape, and stop him.

Sold on GOG together with Space Quest I and III.

About the game

Most of the game takes place on a jungle planet and inside Vohaul's asteroid base, with more characters, more jokes and plenty of new ways to die.

It keeps the typed commands of the first game, so careful reading and creative thinking get you through.

History

Created by Mark Crowe and Scott Murphy, the Two Guys from Andromeda, and released by Sierra On-Line in 1987.

Space Quest III followed in 1989, and the series ran for six games in total.
