About the game

Many problems can be solved by fighting, talking or sneaking. Your choices earn "Indy Quotient" points, and finding every solution is a game of its own.

It uses the point-and-click SCUMM system from Maniac Mansion, with lots of jokes and moments taken straight from the film.

History

Designed by Ron Gilbert, David Fox and Noah Falstein at Lucasfilm Games and released in 1989 alongside the film.

It was followed in 1992 by Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis, an original story often called one of the best adventures ever made.
