The 1993 Space Quest where Roger Wilco finally gets his own ship... a garbage scow.

After cheating his way through StarCon Academy, Roger is made captain of the SCS Eureka, a garbage collector. While on the job, he and his odd crew stumble on a mutating toxic plague spreading through the galaxy.

Sold on GOG together with Space Quest IV and VI.

About the game

It parodies Star Trek most of all, with Roger in the captain's chair giving orders to his bridge crew.

Spike, Roger's pet facehugger, and the android Cliffy are fan favourites.

History

Designed by Mark Crowe and developed by Dynamix for Sierra, released in 1993.

It was followed by Space Quest 6 in 1995, the last game in the series.
